Service Description
Do you struggle to deal with stress? Does anxiety consume a lot of your energy? This class provides not only a space to share your thoughts, worries and insights, but will equip you with the tools and exercises that can help you manage your negative thoughts, respond to stress in a mindful way and help reduce anxiety in your day-to-day. Class contents Welcome and warm up stretch Universal Prayer for Strength & Perspective (non-religious) Guided mindfulness exercise (varies) Sharing Time & Discussion Closing meditation **Class in English with Korean translation if needed INFO: 15,000 KRW per class 60 minute class Shower facilities, mats available.
